Located in Chang’an, Dongguan — the global hub of precision mold manufacturing, SunriseTechMOLD was founded in 2013. We specialize in high-precision plastic injection mold design, manufacturing and mass production for global customers across automotive, consumer electronics, cosmetics and medical industries.
Today, we have a 150-person professional team with an annual production capacity of 600+ sets of high-quality molds. Our workshop is equipped with top-tier CNC equipment including Makino, Fanuc and YCM, ensuring stable and consistent production quality for every project.
While some mold factories require 5-8 trial moldings, our experienced engineering team achieves an average of only 3 trial runs before mass production. With strict tolerance control of ±0.01mm, we minimize your modification costs and shorten your product launch cycle.
